Foreigners will need to prove they are fully vaccinated and get a negative COVID-19 test before boarding a U.S.-bound airplane starting in early November, the White House announced. Unvaccinated Americans will need to undergo COVID-19 testing within 24 hours before a U.S.-bound flight and again on arrival.
